Current construction impacts
- NEW - Tam o’Shanter neighborhood: 184th Avenue NE from NE 15th Place to 185th Avenue NE and along both NE 19th Place roadways near 184th Avenue NE for the installation of fire hydrants. One lane closed from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. now through January 30.
- Bellevue Way NE between NE 8th Street - NE 4 Street: Nightly closure of southbound Bellevue Way NE scheduled Jan. 13 - Feb. 11 between 9 p.m. – 5 a.m., Mon.-Sat. for a demolition and replacement of a water main.
Ongoing construction impacts
- Main Street between 108th Avenue NE – 112th Avenue NE: Intermittent lane closures at the intersection of 108th Ave SE and Main Street between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Mon.- Fri, January through April. Access for people walking and rolling and access to businesses will be maintained. More information is on the project webpage.
- 100th Avenue NE between NE 14th Street - NE 24th Street: Expect single lane closures with flagging for initial work on the NW Bellevue Walkway Improvements including surveying, clearing, tree removal and potholing utilities More information is on the project webpage.
- NE 12th Street multipurpose path at the corner of NE 12th Street/112th Avenue NE: The path remains closed for construction activities at Bellevue Fire Station 10. Detour signs instruct pedestrians and cyclists to use the sidewalk on the south side of NE 12th Street. The path is expected to re-open later this summer.
• • 150th Ave SE and SE Eastgate Way Intersection: All lanes have re-opened to traffic along 150th Ave SE which is expected to improve access to and from I-90. No lane closures are currently scheduled for the next couple of months of the 150th Ave SE Mobility Project but expect shoulder work in the daytime and evening hours.
